Tenets and Policy

Rate Structure

The company will be flexible in establishing its fees. The standard commercial/industrial consultation shall be

$300.00 per hour and Travel Time Rate of $150.00 portal to portal
Plus, any direct (non-G&A) expenses, e.g., hotel, airfare, etc.
A letter of retention and non-refundable deposit will be requested.
Billing Interval shall be monthly unless negotiated otherwise
Fixed price contracts negotiable

Fixed price contracts and reduced hourly rates will be entertained for non-profit organization and government clients.

Contract Caveat

Pilgrim Consulting LLC serves in an advisory capacity and not in a professional engineering role; the consequences of the Client’s decisions based upon the advice provided are not the responsibility of Pilgrim Consulting LLC.
